CALLAHEAD'S features a three-tiered upright portable water and sewer system that includes a water pump on the top level, a freshwater tank midlevel, and a wastewater tank at the lowest level. The water pump provides an astounding 50 pounds of continuous water pressure which is more powerful than the typical homes 40-45 psi. This robust system can deliver fresh non-potable and non-drinkable water to an array of fixtures and applications, including toilet bowls, sinks, showers, bath tubs, hoses, irrigation systems, manufacturing, industrial facilities, construction sites, masonry work, high-rise buildings, marinas, sewers, emergency situations, water shut-offs, water freeze-ups, office trailers or any location in need of a portable water and sewer system. Constructed from marine-grade plastic, aluminum, and stainless steel, the tower is designed for durability and longevity. The 's freshwater tank measures 24" x 48" x 12" and features easily accessible lids for refilling. A pick-up line with a check valve prevents backflow, while three 10" equipment covers allow for easy cleaning like cleaning out a bin which we call, the bin effect. Pex tubing and connections are used for the pick-up line, which connects to the well pump to maintain the 50 pounds of continuous water pressure. Positioned at a high elevation, the freshwater tank gravity feeds the fixtures or is connected to the well pump for freshwater delivery. The wastewater tank measures 24" x 48" x 12" and includes a 3" PVC vent stack with a rain vent cap for proper ventilation. Like the freshwater tank, it has three 10" quarter-turn equipment covers secured with aircraft cables to facilitate thorough cleaning. Three large 10" openings operate like an open bin to ensure the ability to provide the deepest cleaning to eliminate stagnant waste remaining inside the waste tank. The wastewater tank is also gravity-fed as it is located at the lowest elevation. The water pump is strategically mounted above all other components and is protected from the elements by an overhead roof, ensuring reliable performance. A 110-volt electrical outlet is required to operate. On the rooftop is CALLAHEAD pressed stainless steel specialty signage adding to the design.
